Shipping Charges

  • Flat rate shipping fee: ₨300 for orders below ₨50,000
  • Free Shipping for orders above ₨50,000 within Pakistan.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Islamabad: 1–3 business days
  • Other Cities: 3–5 business days
  • International Shipping: Currently unavailable.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the courier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We only ship within Pakistan at the moment.
  • If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address, we may charge an additional shipping fee.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, here’s how our return and refund policy works:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories.
  • Exceptions: Customized or special-order products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refund Process

  • Refund method: We will issue refunds to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • If the item is defective, the full cost of shipping will be reimbursed.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package, and we will provide a full refund or replacement.
