Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
This policy applies to purchases from LuqmAn Laptops & IT Store in Blue Area, Islamabad and Techno City, Rawalpindi and to orders delivered within our delivery areas.
Used laptops
Used laptops can be returned, refunded or replaced on the same day you buy or receive them. Please check the laptop fully on that day. After that day, only warranty claims (below) apply.
All other items (new laptops, accessories, storage, networking and other IT hardware)
- Items can be returned, refunded or replaced on the same day, but only if the item is sealed and unopened.
- Opened units cannot be returned or replaced for change of mind.
Condition of returned items
The item must come back in the same condition in which you purchased it, with its original packing, accessories and your receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping cost
The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
Warranty claims
Every product is sold with the warranty stated on its product page (checking warranty, local warranty or manufacturer international warranty). If a product develops a genuine fault within its stated warranty period, bring it to one of our branches with your receipt. We will inspect it and repair, replace or exchange it according to the warranty type shown on the listing at the time of purchase. New laptops keep the warranty already mentioned on their product page.
Delivery and visiting our shops
Enjoy free delivery within Blue Area, Islamabad (about 1 hour) and Rawalpindi (about 3 hours), with dispatch within 1 hour of your order. To keep every customer safe from fraud, theft and damage in transit, we do not courier orders or deliver outside these areas. Customers in Islamabad and Rawalpindi are warmly invited to visit our shops, see the product in person and buy with confidence.
